We went there for the first time last night during Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. I had enjoyed their food before at a wedding they had catered, and was looking forward to experiencing the actual restaurant. Unfortunately we had a terrible evening. We had reservations for 7pm. It took us over an hour to get our appetizers and two hours to get our food. When each course arrived the servers had the orders mixed up and placed the wrong food in front of each person. The portions tasted fine, but were very small and in most cases not warm. In addition while waiting for our food one person in our party got the leg of the chair he was sitting on caught in an open broken grate on the floor and crashed to the ground taking a make shift folding door partition with him. The staff of the restaurant showed little concern and placed a cutting board over the grate so he would not fall again. At that point I complained to the manager about the grate and that our food had not arrived after two hours. She was unapologetic and told us it was Restaurant Week and they were very busy. Our waiter finally came back and told us that they would give the table a round of drinks on the house to compensate us for the disasterous dinner. The final blow was when the waiter gave us the bill, they had taken off only one glass of wine and on it was a 20% gratuity due to the fact we were a party of eight. Needless to say, we will never return.
