Stayed at this hotel while judging horses at Erie Fair, August 2012. Called the 800 number 1 week earlier, which is supposed the be on top the the situation to let them know would need disabled, gave him my reservation number. 800 operator had no clue, his job was to take reservations.
Arrived and was greeted by Candice(she is very polite, very knowledgeable about the area, very ready to help)no disabled room notification-room was a walk from the office, saw Comfort Inn, in the distance(there next time). Room was a small as my dining room. Very clean, appeared to have been redone. TV flat screen OK. Bedding new. Bed comfortable---now the bite---
no coffee maker(no coffee maker?) --no hair dryer(no hair dryer?)--no iron/ironing board(no iron?)-no morning breakfast(no morning breakfast?)--two small envelopes of shampoo
