My wife and I tried this restaurant many years ago; we forgot why we stayed away until we revisited last Saturday night. My wife ordered the vegetarian lasagna, I ordered the meat lasagna. The veg was topped with a gelatinous pile of Alfredo sauce; lasagna may have been under there somewhere but she couln't even stand to look at it let alone eat it. My dish was equally as disappointing. The wait staff were grest though, upon voicing our disappointment she offered to replace with another dish. This is the point where we should have walked out. We both asked for the ravioli; I'm betting that it came out of a can, the sauce was like wow I should have had a V8 thin & tasteless. I paid the bill left a generous tip and vowed to write this review. The next day while my wife was at work I made 2 pans of awesome lasagna; 1 vegetarian 1 meat with 3 meats sausage base then smoked brisket topped by the next layer of pulled pork. It all held together and was delicious. Moral of the story is stay away from Tina's. I have never made lasagna in my life before this poor experience.
