We had take out today from the Cat's Meow. One of the staff ordered French onion soup. When I got to the lunchroom, she showed me the container. It was a used Central Market container with a Tofu plastic cover on it. The cover was split and someone had put masking tape to hold the cover on. And the cover was dirty. One of the other staff opened it up and part of the plastic film was still on the container with a 2-3" piece of hair on it.
The staff who ordered the soup immediately called the restaurant and the woman who answered the phone told her to call back, that she would have to see if someone could deliver a new corder. When the staff called back she told the woman to forget sending anything over as she prefered not to eat food from there and would come for her money.
The second staff member had ordered french fries with cheese and the cheese came in containers, cold. The third staff had fish which she said was good but they both were concerned about eating so discarded most of their lunch.
I would not go there or order from there again. A hair is accidental but to put food in used, dirty containers is disgusting.
