We were exploring the area and were tempted by the aromas when we looked into this restaurant and decided to have dinner. It has a very nice atmosphere, and our waiter started us out with a plate of pita an hummus. We decided to share small plates, and had an assortment of Greek cheeses, Spinakopata, Greek sausage and Moussaka. Each was well flavored, and each had a different flavor. I've been in some "Greek" restaurant where everything tasted the same, clearly in Ethos each dish has its own signature. After dinner our waiter brought us a small plate of Bakalava. Again, it was nothing like the gooey, sticky, overly sweet mess that some places serve- it was delicate and flaky with a very light honey.
They say they are working on getting a liquor license- when they do I hope they choose to serve some authentic Greek wines.
