Arrived to find they had lost my booking. Fortunately they still had a room so I had somewhere to stay. The room was OK.
Got up the next morning to find the doors all locked and no one around, I have since learned that forgetting they have guests to provide breakfasts for has happened before. After I had packed went downstairs to find a cleaner in the bar. She could not take the money for the room as she could not use the PDQ machine and I did not have enough cash. Later in the day they rang me so I could pay for the room by credit card, they promised me a receipt by email that day so I could claim the money back, despite five phone calls to ask for it again they are still incapable of sending it over.
So to sum up only stay if you don't mind if they lose your booking and give the room to someone else and if you don't want breakfast.
