We booked this inn because we had to go to a visitation at the Yadack-Fox funeral home down the street. Martin was very gracious--told us we could invite family members back and he would set out wine glasses and an opener in the very nice livingroom area upstairs, which he did. He also pointed me to the package store right next door, which has a nice selection of wines at fairly reasonable prices.
It's unfortunate that none of my family chose to join us afterwards for a glass of wine. The funeral home is very nice but it is a funeral home. It would have been much more convivial getting together with family in this space. There is also a nice livingroom downstairs, where they serve a lavish continental breakfast in the morning, and a huge wraparound porch with nice tables and chairs. My daughter and I were able to get a room with separate beds--large and nicely decorated with antiques. Spotless bathroom with nice new tile floor and modern fixtures. All in all, a nice place
