We lost our power the Monday afternoon before the storm hit full force. We stayed in a cold house for three nights, but we couldn't take it anymore. With so many people displaced in the city, it was hard to find a room. One of my staff found this hotel after we had called dozens of places. Upon arrival on Thursday, I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was overbooked, but the staff worked hard and found a room for us. The room was neat, spotless and felt futuristic. The staff attended to our every need, and work tirelessly to make sure that the everyone was happy. The food and view from the 4th floor restaurant are both great! There is even a spa that allowed me to get pampered during this stressful time. The place is a gem in Queens!
