I recently changed jobs that require me to travel to this area on a number of occaisons. I have stayed at 2 other hotels in the Fishkill area and they were all decent. This was the 3rd hotel I chose to stay with (there are many in fishkill) during my last trip here. I want to start by saying that I had never heard of tripadvisor until I stayed with the folks at the Holiday Inn Express of Fishkill. They asked me to write a review upon checkout and then handed me a card that said "Review Us" : I thought this was great!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was extremely pleased with the quality of the beds in my king bed room. I have back problems and thats primarily the reason I keep changing hotels. I dont think this will be an issue anymore. The front desk personnell are very nice as was the breakfast lady. The fitness center was smaller than the others, but with the same equipment.

I will return to this property as I am definately returing to fishkill on business.

Overnight accommodations on 26 December were fantastic at the Holiday Inn Express. My husband and were visitng the area and decided not to stay with family! We had not made a reservation, we just walked in and were sold as soon as we walked in. Very nice decorations and very nice room for that matter. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as we had never had fresh pancakes at a hotel.

When we return next year, we will gladly return to this hotel.

Recently booked a room here to sit out the oncoming hurricane. Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Room was good sized, internent access, large size flat screen tv, room had mini fridge, small micro-wave, with desk for computer work. Newer property everythng was clean and in good shape both inside the hotel and in the room itself. Within walking distance of new Red Line Diner open 24X7 serving breakfast lunch and dinner. Good selection and quality food. Located on route 9 in Fishkill right off route 84 interstate highway which runs east and west. Great location within a short drive for shopping and many places to eat. All in all it was a pleasant stay for an unpleasant reason. I would return. And special thanks to Nancy at the front desk who does her job quite well.

The Hotel is a great location and very comfortable. The Staff is always very helpful and attentive. The location is great for all around travel. It is only 45 minuets from the city and really clost to all the facilities I need to work at.So for my money the hotel is a great deal.
