The staff and I try to ensure that all our guests enjoy thier stay. Typically if we receive a report of noise in the hallways a staff member will respond to the location and attempt to mitigate the disturbance. As a certified pool operator, I sometimes have to close the pool when condition warrant. If a pool closure is necessary we strive to open the pool as soon as possible, with the health and safety of our guests being the deciding factor.
