“Pretty good but”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013 via mobile

Most of out party enjoyed their meal, but the service was very slow. They could use a couple of extra waiters. In general is is a very good restaurant and the food is creative and enjoyable. But to be fair, We did have a party of ten.

Ps don't sit near the band if you want a decent environment for conversation.

I would definitely go ther again

Hi, thank you for the feedback. Just want to assure you that we were actually down 2 servers over the weekend so it was not typical. But thank you for the compliments. We hope to see you again. We have music every night. During week, usually a solo artist. Friday or Saturday probably a 2 or 3 piece. Sincerely, Massimo, Fausto, Gio and Luca

“Gem of a restaurant north of Canandaigua Lake, NY”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

This new restaurant was suggested to us by friends, and 4 of us visited it last night. The owners revamped the inside into a stylish, homey and contemporary environment. An easy-listening duo played at just the right decibel level. Now about the food....it was incredible! The menu is such that it's very hard to go wrong, meaning it's hard to settle on what we wanted. The specials Alicia told us about totally threw me off track....How does one choose from such awesome offerings? I chose Veal Marsala, and it was perhaps the best I ever had. My wife had Chicken Pasta Pesto and loved every bite of it. And our friends had the pork chop and Shrimp & Fennel Ravioli. I hope you're getting the message....fantastic selection, perfectly prepared, great atmosphere, and reasonably priced. This is definitely on our list to revisit.

“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

We've been to Prosecco a few times, and while the service is always friendly, Mary went above and beyond. Last night we had a couple drinks and a pizza (half price) at the bar and moved to a table. We would have stayed at the bar except we were meeting more people and there was no room. The food was incredible, really authentic. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgable too. We will definitley be returning soon. It's our new favorite place!

“Not as good as before”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

We have been to Prosecco's several time and always enjoyed our experience. We usually sit at the bar and share an appetizer and have a glass or two of wine. We have had dinner there also. This time I arrived just before 6 and sat at the bar. The bartender was speaking with a couple at the other end of the bar. I waited a few minutes for her. When my companion arrived, we waited a few more minutes. When she came over we asked her about the happy hour wine special. It was now 6:03 and she told us it was too late. REALLY???? Even when I said I was there before 6 she didn't say anything.
Well, we ended up staying and ordering dinner. It was pretty good, but I must say, service wasn't as friendly as usual. It just took away from the entire experience. It's not cheap to dine there, so I expect a fabulous dinner and service. Not so this time. Not sure we will be back for awhile.

Greetings, thank you for the responce. Im really sorry for the confusion about happy hour. We usually try to be as flexible as possible with the discounted hours without getting to that grey area. I have notified all bartenders to try and extend it by 15 minutes and if any further than that to get us. We have to be consistent but we definately appreciate your comment. We hope you dont wait too long before visiting us again. The owners are always there so please feel free to express concerns in person instead of the internet. We can resolve miscommunications instantly. Thank you again fir the feedback.

“Outstanding and Authentic - We will be back!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2013

Six of us thoroughly enjoyed different entrees and two appetizers. The entrees were all wonderful and true to the cuisiine. One entree was not on the menu but the Chef responded to the request with superior results. The wine list was appropriate for the size of the restaurant and had a nice selection of NYS wines. All of the service staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. The bread service was OK and would have been enhanced with an olive oil dipping sauce.

Hi, thank you so much for sharing your experience. It was very specific and constructive which we appreciate. I shared your comment about the oil and bread with rest of partners and we might go with that option. We have oil and vinegar preset on the tables but I also like the idea of either the busser or server mixing it for customer if there is time. Thanks for sharing. Hope to see you again.
