This place was great from the desk clerk who went out of his way to accomodate us to the Biggest breakfast we have had yet in an economical motel. They had 'make your own' waffles plus eggs and bacon and strawberries for your waffles or cereal, bagels, you name it.. They even had popcorn in the evening and the beds were Very comfortable. We walked in with a coupon and were glad we did.....

We stay here periodically when we just want to get away. They offer cookies for the kids, popcorn, coffee, etc.. It is a wonderful and fabulous place to stay. I love the staff. They have litterally watched our little girl grow up. This place is awesome!!! I would reccomend it to anyone. yes it has a downfall of no elevator but needless to say it also has quite a bit to offer and is centrally located to the mall. We love it!! Not only does it save on gas expences (there is a bus/shuttle) right by this place but it is affordable.

Stayed there 1 night at mid April this year.
We were given by mistake a smoking room in which the lights didn't work. After complaining to reception we were immediately moved to non smoking room.
The room was big, had 2 double beds, tv, microwave, fridge.
The shower was not very clean and the towels seemed to be used. I complained to reception and they appologized and immediately cleaned the bathroom and replaced the towels. According to them, they have some problems with the housekeeping person.
Besides those 2 incidents, the stay was very pleasant. There was a rich hot breakfast, and in the evening there is tea/coffee/cookies/popcorn. The reception staff is very very nice.
I hope they solve housekeeping issues since this is a very nice place to stay, and the price is good too.
The motel location is in shopping area - next to Walmart, Michaels, Staples and some more shops and fast food. Very close to the main road, and is 15 min. drive from Corning , and about 45-50 min. from Ithaca.

We were driving through the area over the holidays and needed a place to stay. At first we were reluctant to try this hotel as I had read some negative reviews on other Econo Lodges lately and felt that the chain was perhaps slipping. But we checked it out anyway and were pleasantly surprised!! The room was large and had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was the extra touches that made this hotel stand out, though. Every evening they bake cookies in the lobby for the guests. They also make fresh popcorn for guests! They have over 1800 videos and dvds available for guests to watch for free. In the morning they had a free, lovely hot buffet breakfast for guests. They even had a make your own waffle station at the buffet complete with strawberries and whipped cream! The hotel was close to the highway, with easy on and off potential. It is in an area surrounded by many restaurants and plazas, so there was no shortage of shopping and dining opportunities. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in the area. A king room was only $63 so we felt it was a bargain at that price!!
