This hotel offers great deals on top of large rooms, a plush, comfortable bed, great hot breakfast, pool, hot tub, gym. The hallway carpets need to be replaced within 6-12 months. Plenty of parking. I would come here again.

The staff is so nice. I went to the front desk and asked about golf courses around. No one there played and the manager, Jennifer, called Simone and asked for me. She didn't have to do that but its just an example of the customerservice that is important to me when I travel. After golfing,I went back to thank them for the info and all of them were so nice. Gabby faced some papers for me. Definitely stay here everytime I go to Syracuse!

this hotel is a very good place to stay in the syracuse area. clean up dated rooms, and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. the location for travelers is also great, right off the higway and plenty of room in the lot. also the resteraunt in the hotel has great food at fair prices, i would recomend this hotel to friends and family.

Stopped at this hotel on the way to Boston from London. Arrived around 9pm, check in was quick and the staff was nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Couple of downsides to the room though. The air conditioning was a little loud and the ceiling in the bathroom had a bunch of cracks in it. Almost looked like it was going to fall off in a couple places. Breakfast in the morning was decent. Good hotel bar, a few TV's with sports on and the bartender was very nice, thanks Cindy. Location is just off the highway and easy to find. Overall I would stay here again if I needed a place for the night before continuing on to the east coast.
