My husband and I, sister-in-law and Aunt went to Williams for lunch recently. The food was okay---just average. However, the service was the worse I have ever had in any restaurant. The waitress ( a tall thin blonde) was running the whole place by herself...she was the bar maid and the waitress in the dining room. Obviously she could not keep up and therefore the service was poor. We ordered and waited 30 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. We then discovered we had no silverware. We asked waitress who brought silverware 10 minutes later. My husband's reuben sandwich arrived without the melted cheese. He hailed the waitress and told her. She looked at him and walked away without saying a word. It was like we were a bother to her. Then, when our check arrived, it was incorrect. Again, he hailed her and advised that we only had a total of three beverages and not four. Again, she did nothing about it and never gave us a corrected bill. Her poor attitude was reflected in our poor tip! This is a good restaurant to stay away from.....average food and very poor service. It's probably a good place to drink at the bar, but not to dine.
