A visiting relative wanted an Itilian restaunant, Joey's being the closest. Joey's serves up and down stairs. Upstairs is casual, with the downstairs is formal attire. We ate upstairs, where there are tables and six booths. I would recommend the booths, as they are out of people traffic and the tables have less space.
We dined twice on Baked Manicotti, Tenderlion Tips and Itilian Platter. Very generous portions at reasonable prices. With the portion sixes, we had at least two meals each to take home., All meals very tasteful. With only 2 or 3 waitresses, serving maybe a bit slow. However once the meal is served, a guest will forget aboutn the serving time.
I would say the best afternoon serving time is Monday-Firday before 5:00. Saturday at this time there is bit of a waiting line. If a booth is wanted, a guest probably should make a reservation for one, as the booths will fill up quickly.
Joey's is located just north of Carrier Circle. Plenty of parking in front and sides.
