Stayed here for one night for a cross boarder shopping trip with my wife. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was well stocked and the breakfast area was extremily clean. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for a second time while attending a Syracuse football game. Not much has changed. Pretty basic accomodations although the facility is rather new. One clear deficiency is the lack of closet and/or storage space. Didn't bother my wife and I too mcuh but I can see families on an extended stay having problems. Suggest you book room facing away from the expressway behind the hotel if you are sensitive to noise. Decent breakfast with standard fare included. fitness center had two treadmills and one elliptical machine. Nice indoor pool for family fun, but don't expect to do laps. Good, quiet location away from all the congestion.

Large rooms, nice breakfast, very clean and friendly staff - a good combination. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel... Even thought the lobby decor was surprisingly modernistic and 'cool'... The divided room worked fine for us, though the TV is a little small for a room of this size.

We usually go down to Syracuse to visit the Outlets and the New York State Fair. This was our 1st time at this hotel, but it won't be the last.
Check in quick and easy...the room was beautiful. It's split into 2 sides..a dividing wall seperates the bed on one side, and the sofa bed, computer desk, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, on the other..the tv swivels, so you can watch from either side.
The only problem was no dresser, so no drawers, to put clothes in, we had to leave them in the suitcase...large closet, so anything hangable was ok...but I can live with that.

The free breakfast was very good...scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, plus a choice of cereals, breads, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit..juices, milk, tea and coffee.

It was also just off the highway, so very easy to get around.
