the stay started out fair enough quick and easy check in, friendly staff, and a nice lobby i was happy untill i arrived into the room. just as i put my bags down it felt like i was in the Arctic and needed a parka just to get to the bed, it turned out they had the heat off on that floor so they moved me into another room and gave me a free coupon for breakfast { which was nice}. then i arrived into the second room all seemed ok untill i went to bed. at first i thought i was just getting use to a new bed but my skin just kept crawling and really itchy i finally got up and put the lights on and the bed was filled w/ bed bugs.i could deal with a cold room but bugs no thank you...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, albeit small. If you are looking for a place to stay near the airport I would recommend it.

I wonder if there's a good and a bad part to this hotel?

My sister and I stayed for a couple of nights, and the only real problem was airport noise, probably to be expected from any hotel at this general location. But certainly the soundproofing could use improvement.

The room was clean and comfortable enough (lacking a fridge). No sign of the bad odor or condensation or bathtub problems mentioned elsewhere. Commending the pillows!

Would have appreciated real drinking glasses and cups. Two disposable glasses used were not replaced the next morning.

Desk staff were friendly, shuttle service pretty good.

Dinner in the coffee shop the first night was undistinguished and rather pricey for what we got. Be alert that there's no apparent alternative within easy reach. (Pleasant waiter.)
