Had stopped by enroute to another BW but needed some assistance. Front desk clerk ADRIANE was extremely helpful. To the point the next day I called 3 times to talk to the manager, was told, he wasn't there, call back in 1/2 hour, then, he was busy and couldn't come to the phone, then he checked his messages and left. I only wanted to compliment Adriane, however he did not ever return call. Wonder if he use to complaints and doesn't return calls?????

The location is good. Just off the Throughway south of Buffalo. Room was okay although bedding was showing its age. Price was best in the area for type of hotel. The poolwas one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel and the hot tub was not working. the free breakast area was small and not a great selection. Staff was helpful with directions
