“Sunday at leisure”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2014

We visited Pugliese Vineyard for a couple of hours yesterday. I had bought a groupon on line for a wine testing and cheese plate for four. The groupon cost $30. And that is all the tasting and cheese platter was worth. Each person was entitled to four tastings. The combined amount of wine was equal to about one glass of wine each .the cheese platter with crackers (ritz) was small but tasty.
The surrounding was delightful ,a covered canopy with grapes provided a nice shade and there were a number of tables in the sun. There was a solo artist playing guitar for a little while.
I have been to other vineyard s and enjoyed them more.

“beautiful outdoor area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2014 via mobile

We had a groupon and received a cheese plate with crackers and four tastes of wine each. I loved their sangiovese which is a lighter red wine. We were able to do our tasting outdoors with a view of their large pond with koi. We were there on. Sunday afternoon and there was free live music outside. The woman who served us was friendly and easy going. We could take our tastes of wine and walk around or sit by the band or stay at the tasting bar. It was very relaxing. They have about 17 different wines to choose from including some sparkling wines and dessert wines. I also enjoyed their sparkling merlot.

“Feels like home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2014

Every year when we travel through Long Island we make it a point to stop at our favorite winery. Not only is the family knowledgeable, but they're also kind and personal.

“Nice Stop on the North Shore Winery Circuit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2014

Stopped by the Pugliese Vineyards the other day. Had a very nice experience, contrary to some of the other reviews that I had read.
The wines were very good and the service was excellent. Our server was very helpful and offered recommendations to our liking. An extra bonus are the picnic tables that they have set up around a little fish and turtle pond. We packed a picnic lunch and enjoyed the surroundings.
If on the wine trail, this is a nice place to stop.
