3 Times is a charm. We have stayed at the Daylily Dreams B&B for the last 3 Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Weekends and couldn't be happier! Jusy 1/2 mile from the Clarks Sports Center where the ceremony is held. The Moon Dazzle room was clean and quiet. The hospilality was very friendly and the Breakfasts each morning were scrumptious! Thanks Rae & Bob for another great weekend!

This was the most wonderful bed and breakfast! It could not have been more immaculate-I think they must catch the dust as it falls. The bed was exquisitely comfortable and the linens were luxurious. We stayed in the Meadowsweet Room and looked out onto the gardens and the pasture. Bob and Rae were very friendly and made a great breakfast. The b&b is about one mile outside the center of town and we had no trouble parking to watch our son play a double header at Doubleday Park. Cooperstown is a very charming town. I would definitely recommend the Daylily to anyone visiting Cooperstown.

Daylily Dreams is a delight: comfortable rooms beautifully decorated in a country theme, delicious breakfasts using locally grown and produced products, and very hospitable hosts. Our charming and interesting hosts (Bob and Rae) quietly provided every little comfort and made us feel completely at home. This is one of the best B & B's we've ever stayed at!

“Daylily Dreams a bucolic beauty close to town”

Daylily Dreams B&B

Oct 11, 2006

The Daylily Dreams bed and breakfast just minutes from downtown Cooperstown has a beautiful bucolic setting with hosts that are warm and welcoming.
Rae and Bob Consigli were wonderful hosts and the room we stayed in was spotless. It smelled wonderful and was enhanced by the tempting aromas wafting up the stairs from Rae's delectable breakfast treats.
Her challah French toast was the best I have ever tasted. The "appetizers" each day were also scrumptious.
The bed was very comfortable and the room included a small television and wireless Internet access. You could be surfing the net in bed and look out the window over the pasture and see the neighbor's horses grazing.
The Consiglis also had great restaurant suggestions: Nicoletta's Italian Cafe - excellent food and services, a tad pricey, but well worth it ; and the Doubleday Cafe - we enjoyed a very tasty and reasonably priced lunch there.
If you're going to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown or just enjoying the sites of Lake Otsego or upstate New York, Daylily Dreams will provide you with a very comfortable place to rest your bones.

We stayed at Daylily Dreams for three nights recently. It was beautifully decorated. We stayed in the Paper Butterfly room. It had stenciled walls, a view of the gardens, a basket of interesting magazines, a huge closet with full length mirror, an immaculate bathroom and plush bath towels. The owners, Rae and Bob, were very gracious hosts. It was a pleasure to talk with them and hear their recommendations on where to eat, what to see and where to park in Cooperstown. The breakfasts were out of this world starting with fresh fruit followed by a delicious hot entree. The gardens were beautiful with a few lillies still in bloom along with other flowers. The gazebo was so relaxing to sit in with its' paddle fan, lamps and candles. We will surely stay at Daylily Dreams if we are in the area again.
