Was given a friendly welcome as we walked into the very cold shop. It was cold outside and the entrance doors are wide open. This is not a fancy commercialized outfit which is what makes it so great. Price was reasonable, discount coupon on their website, groups of 10+ get the child entrance price. Very interesting decor in the shop, cheap 'gimmie please' gifts for purchase though. There were 4 adults in our group, the tour guide was very informative and funny. The tour was very well done.
Recommend wearing a warm coat and shoes/clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty or wet. The walkway was damp and a tad slippery in places, although we were warned of that before heading down. There was plenty of light but we were given the opportunity to see what it was like to be in the cave in complete darkness. It was very serene. We turned around at the waterfall and the view going back was very different than the one heading in, even though it was on the same path.
