We booked a dinner, room, breakfast package rate for one night. We were upgraded to a king bed, no extra charge. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was large and clean. We had access to the rear of the room where the car was parked through a sliding glass door. The room had a small fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom had a two person jacuzzi tub that worked very well and was clean. We also visited the pool, nicely comfortable and warm, the hot tub by the pool was not very hot and had cold water seeping in through the holes where the jets were. They offered a breakfast buffet off the lobby of which we only helped ourselves to coffee. We were pleased by the cleanliness, size, and friendly staff. A great deal for this package. Our dinner choice was Grecian Gardens, the other option was Salty's Pub. Grecian Gardens was delicious and the coupon from the hotel covered the entire dinner for two and drinks. We went over by 25 cents, and also left an appropriate tip. Breakfast was at IHOP directly in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and have referred this location to several friends.

This is based on a 3 night stay for business & pleasure. I will stay here again for the following reasons: ROOM (queen, smoking): immaculately clean; spacious; tastefully decorated; adequate work area; well lit; refrigerator; microwave. PUBLIC AREAS: spotless; safe; nice pool with hot tub. LOCATION: convenient to I87; many restaurants nearby (Outback Steak House & IHop within walking distance); quiet; within 35 minutes from airport; lots of shopping nearby. STAFF: courteous; helpful; professional; accomodating. BREAKFAST: everything was fresh; good assortment of food; clean area.

Stayed at the Best Western at Clifton Park for 1 night. The property is clean and well maintained and located within walking distance to an IHOP and Outback Steakhouse. There are many other restaurants nearby. The staff was efficient and friendly. The place is not a high end fancy property but overall it is a excellent value and comfortable place to stay. The continental breakfast is very good. I would stay there again.

This hotel provided an outstanding value, low price compared to others in the area, friendly staff, great location, clean (not spotless.. but good enough). Good breakfast, although not as extensive in their selections as some, but for the price it can't be beat. I will stay again on future trips to the area.

In reading the reviews on this site, I chose to stay at the Best Western in Clifton Park as a half way point to Lake Champlain on 4th of July weekend. My plans were last minute and I couldn't find any lodging in the area I wanted to stay on Saturday night. This was a great find. A simple place, but VERY CLEAN and a cheerful staff. We had a small refrigerator and coffee maker. There were many places to eat right around the hotel. My only complaint would be that it is right near the highway. You get a lot of noise from cars throughout the night. If possible, ask to stay on the parking lot side, as there may be less noise. The air conditioning muffled most of it, but it could be a problem for a light sleeper. Since this was a one night stay, we left too early to have breakfast or try out the indoor swimming pool. A great place to stay for less than $90 per night.
