“Surpisingly, amazed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 17, 2010

Let me remind everyone that this is an "extended stay" hotel that said , I was recently there for 2 nights (Aug 2010) and my wife found this online after a search, we were there for shopping at the malls nearby.

We paid about $180 per night, for a 2 bedroom suite, but there are better deals to be had if you are staying longer (one family inc 3 children and a dog got $100 a night , for a 30 day stay, they were moving house and the deal was not finished).

The suite has flat screens in each bedroom + the lounge the usual cable channels available. the kitchen area had fridge, freezer, microwave, granite counters, all cutlery, coffee maker and of course electric stove top and in addition a dishwasher.
The bedrooms were roomy, one had a kingsize the other two had queen size with "quality" bedding.

The only small minus was no there was not a safe in the rooms.

Our price also included a breakfast buffet AND dinner buffet which included WINE and BEER.
The other amenities included:
Free Internet, heated indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a Media room (this was a room with about 7 huge reclining chairs with flat screen and surround system and you could play your own DVD's for a movie night) Fitness room and lastly a FREE guest laundry room (we found this out when my wife wanted to wash clothes and took a handful of quarters with her and found she did not need them- Detergent etc of course you have to purchase or bring your own)

I was pleasantly surprised at every turn and was sorry I needed to only stay 2 nights.
My wife and I live in Jamaica and have stayed at many hotels here and we have also stayed at hotels in the US inc MGM and the Venetian in Las Vegas, and this Hotel dollar for dollar is by far and away the best hotel I have stayed at.

My kids love the place when they saw it upon arriving. I book for 2 days from Aug 5-7 for $99 since I worked for the government which was quite a discount. The beds were soft and bouncy according to my kids. There were quite a few kitchen utensils in a full kitchen unlike residence inn which has all the amenities. The toilet were clean, lots of towels inside the room, clean a 3 compared to marriott which I will give a 5. You can laundry the whole week for free with lots of dryer in site. The exercise room is wonderful with new machines on site. The free breakfast was great but on weekend they dont have hot waffle. Every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thurdays they serve free dinner. Last Thursday we enjoyed the fried chicken with potato gravy. The fool is great for kids maximun of feet deep with lots of towel on site. Overall this place kis great, my kids love it. Nicole the fornt desk on night shift was great and help me alot when I diid my online finals. There are 2 computers with 1 printer and 1 copier.

I stayed at this new hotel for a week. It had every room amenity including a full kitchenette with a dishwasher. it has an outdoor courtyard with a firepit and grills. The rooms are beautiful and clean. It serves free daily breakfasts and dinners 3-4 nights a week. I really loved coming back to my room each day. It is very centrally located. You can hop on the thruway and be in Niagara Falls in 40 minutes

This hotel is located very close to the airport and was easy to find. It was quiet and clean but room had a slight funny smell. Pool was great but hot tubs was not working 100% Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We found a great deal on southwestvacations.com Not really much to do in Buffalo, as we were there for a wedding at Niagara Falls. We did a lot of driving around and some eating. Ate at Just Pizza and it was good.

We were in town for a weekend graduation, and some quiet R&R.We were told to sign up if we wanted light housekeeping for the weekend, which we did.(empty wastebaskets, fresh towels) Long story short,we received none of the above,(after asking 4 times) They even tried telling us they were never informed of the problem, even though each person we spoke to said the problem would be resolved immediately.Maybe time to retrain,or replace your help.

The hotel is new and the rooms and amenities are very clean. The workout room has decent weights, treadmills & the hotel also provides free washer & dryers for guests to use. (I went to the dollar store couple of blocks over to pick up detergent to do laundry before leaving.) The airport was really close by and the hotel itself wasn't too far from Niagra Falls or downtown Buffalo.

Booked through Hotwire ( great price ) and ended up getting this Staybridges, a little ( 5 minutes ) farther then the other airport hotels on Genesse that we have stayed in the past. But still only about 7 minutes away. A new hotel and very clean. Would be perfect for the travelling businessman. Just needed it for the night before a flight out. Would stay here again
