Let me just say a few words about me/my expectations so that we're on the same page. I don't do Best Westerns!! I've been a travel agent for 15yrs and just haven't had the need or desire. I generally get agent rates at most 4 and 5 star hotels so I can stay there for the same rate as a best Western or Holiday Inn.
We had a 3 hour layover in Boston which was further delayed. So I decided to stay at the airport instead of getting in late and driving to the Marriott Fallsview. I figured save the late night drive, save the extra car rental expense and just go to sleep and start fresh. I chose the Best Western because it had a FREE shuttle, complimentary wifi ( which I'm on right now. It's fast and connected easily ), free breakfast, and 100 smoke free. It is all of that as well as clean, friendly, and relaxing. I don't feel a lot a choas will happen outside my door. I'm in rm 411.
As far as the shuttle, it's lightning fast if you follow directions. I called the hotel from the courtesy phone in baggage claim. They said call back when you pick-up your luggage. I called back when I had bags in hand. They said go outside to the left and you'll see the designated area for hotel shuttles. I was nervous to be outside in the 44 degree temp coming from Dallas 82 temp. We did as directed and soon as we reached the area the shuttle was there waiting. The driver said other people called a few times, but must not have their bags. It's not fair to have you guys wait for people who have not followed directions. He said we're leaving. We were at the hotel in less than 5mins. Best upside Denny's is next door, so forget $60 room service, we could go next door.
This is my first Trip Advisor review and my first ( yes dear - and only wedding ), so this trip's execution was a big deal. Hope it helps and the best Western is a safe bang for your buck!!

Our staff works hard to coordinate guest arrivals and departures while being prompt and courteous. Good communication and directions is also important as we guide our guests to the appropriate pick up/drop off spot at the airport. We appreciate the good comments such as this and will continue our I-CARE philosophy and uphold Best Western mission to lead the industry in superior customer care.
