I have gluten and dairy allergies, so hibachi is hard because the soy sauce has wheat in it for flavoring. The staff there not only cooked my food separate, they also used gluten free soy sauce that I brought with me. And with every item they served me they asked if it was ok that it had this or that in it. I was extremely impressed.
And to top it off, the food was awesome.
