“Great course”

If you are coming to NY and have some time for a round, and do not mind travelling a bit... this course is worth it... amazing practice facility, GPS in the carts and GREAT layout!

“Challenging course”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2012

Well laid out course, variety of terrain, interesting putting greens. Sure to make you scratch your head. Driving range also right in the midst of the the clubhouse. Would play again.

“One of the best public courses in the NY Metro area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

I play this course regularly. It has three 9's, so if you play it every week, and you mix them up, it doesn't feel so familiar. One hour North of the city, the course is always in great condition and offers spectacular mountain vistas. Very early or very late tee times ensure a relatively good pace. If you start after 9:00 am on the weekend, it can be a long day (5+ hour round). The head pro Scott is very good. The course has a full compliment of facilities. Primetime is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

“marginally impressed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2009

I golfed the course in October and the driving range was closed for some inexplicable reason. This was a big dissapointment as we arrived an hour early to loosen up our chilly bones. The course was in good condition. However I felt that the elevation changes were completely overdone. This was a major detractor from the overall experience. One would have to golf here sevral times to familiarize himself with the course sufficiently enough to score well.
