“Clean, Comfortable and Convenient”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

This hotel is a great place to stay when going to a concert at the CMAC. The hotel is clean and the rooms are worth the price. The venue is about a 15 minute walk to the venue, though Ellie, the owner, even drove us there, as well as some other concert goers that night!
I would definitely stay here again if going to another CMAC show.

Room Tip: Rooms on the side of the hotel facing away from the road would be much quieter.

I booked this hotel on Book.com and was pleasantly surprised that it was so nice. The office did not have my reservation number or name when I arrived. I have found this a lot when I book through that site. Anyway, this hotel was clean and had a nice firm king size bed. Our room had a frig and coffee maker. We didn't get a breakfast from this hotel, but I really didn't miss it as there are lots of places near by for breakfast. A Starbuck is within a few miles so good coffee was not missing from our morning.
The owner and his family live right there in the hotel apartments, so you can hear children.

This location used to be a favourite place to stay.

I have stayed here multiple times on many occasions and have had no issues with cleanliness or service.. however, I tried to call back for my forth time booking within a year and received a horrible welcome on the phone. The "child" that answered was rude, unhelpful and HUNG UP on me when I expressed my trouble with understanding his accent and asked him to answer again.

I have dealt with the owner's wife Kishor and an employee Rashmi and have had no problems with them, we were welcomed with a smile and helped with anything we needed.

Whomever this "boy" was that answered the phone is a detriment to your business and has tarnished a long lasting relationship.

It doesn't smell pleasent from the minute you walk in, nor does it seem cozy. They have a small container they leave out with fruit loops and Cheerios....(the breakfast) there was rarely anyone at the front desk and the owners live in a room that is right next to the front desk (which is where the desk clerks are usually) with children screaming and yelling inside. The motel was completley empty and we still received a room on the second floor . When we entered the room it smelled of mold and sewer. The comforter on the bed had what looked like dried blood spots on it and the sheets also. The toilet had poop on the seat and the hand towels also had brown stains. We had a 2 night reservation that I made the mistake of making online so I only got a refund for the second night. We went to the holiday inn express down the road and we were BEYOND thrilled. For 30 $ more it is sooooo worth it.

We stayed here after a show at CMAC; big mistake. The room was dirty, it smelled bad, and was very run down. There were insects on the carpet and the toilet had not been flushed from the previous guest. The linens were transparent. The desk people were nice, but they need to take care of the rooms a lot more than they do. Even with the AAA discount, this place is overpriced. We should have camped.

We recently had a suite at this hotel. Two queen beds and a living area with a pull out couch and kitchenette. There was a lot of room and it was clean but the quality of everything in the room was very low. Things either looked well used or very cheap. Linens were lousy, especially the sheets. The price was pretty low and it seemed clean but I think they overcharged a little for what they're offering.
