My wife and I recently ate dinner at the Old Grist Mill. We were ther many years ago and had not been back since. It is in a lovely location with windows that overlook a small waterway and te remains of an old grist mill. It is a classy white tablecloth restaurant wit an extensive menu and nice wine list. Prices are reasonable, but not cheap. Entrees are in the $20 - $30 range, but portion sizes are very large.
My wife had poached salmon which she enjoyed very much. I had the Okterfest Geman trio of pork, also quite good. The dining room is managed by oneserver and a helper. So, service is efficient but of necessity not overly attentive. I did not find this areal problem.
I would definitley return for another mea a the OldGrist Mill and recommend it to others.
