“Yankee game”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013

Easy ride on the D Subway; prices are high, but as high as every other sporting event out there now.
Good view from where we sat. Would have been better if they would have won!!

“Red Sox Fan”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013

Yankee Stadium is just fabulous!!! Easy to get to and seating was great. Of course, a Red Sox win in 10 innings helped enjoy the evening. Taking the "D" train to and from was easy and only $5. round trip each. Gosh, sure wish Fenway had seating as nice as Yankee Stadium. Fenway looks good on TV, but is cramped!!!

“A great ballpark experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2013

What a great place to spend an afternoon. I was in town for business and had a free Saturday, just so happened the Red Sox were in town playing the Yankees and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to watch such a great rivalry and explore the stadium.

I arrived an hour early but wish I had arrived earlier as the Monument Park closes 45 minutes prior to the start of the game and I was unable to walk through.

I had gotten seats up in the upper levels but the view was excellent and none of the excitement was lost.

There were plenty of options for food ranging from the usual ballpark pizza, burgers, dogs and fries (the garlic parm fries were excellent), and ranging all the way up to prime cut steaks and full sit down dinners.

If you're in the New York area this a must sea attraction just make sure you get in early so you can walk the park and take in all the extra's available.

“New and Sterile”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

Bid and won some prime seats at a charity auction. Took my wife and her sister and spouse. The four of us had a good time. The best thing I noticed was the extra legroom and large padded seats that were some of the most comfortable at ANY sporting venue ever!
The new stadium was built to accommodate a large number of paying guests, and separate them from all their available cash. All the stadium food was bland and mediocre. Small selection of beer at $9.50 was outrageous. At least I can say I have been!

“brilliant atmosphere!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2013

The atmosphere was electric when we arrived half way through the game! Good seats, pizza and soda for sustenance and the yankees even won! Yay! Easy to find your way around and staff who are willing to help. Even safe and easy to catch the subway!
