Arrived very late, rooms are standard and fairly clean. I did notice a use towel still on the rack, maybe the maid forgot to take it. When I awoke the next morning, I noticed some stains on the sheet. I was not happy and told a staff member who went to get the manager. The manager assured me that the sheets were clean and were just stained. He apologized and took something off my bill. I would probably stay here again. Even the best hotels have problems that can be overlooked, but great customer service is what will bring customers back
