My wife and I wanted a quiet dinner right on Lake George so we made a reservation at the Pavillion at the Sagamore. We had reviewed the menu online so we were a little disappointed that it was a different menu when we arrived. However, the waitress was very helpful in explaining the choices and we decided on the Sagamore crockpot with lobster claws, mussels , clams, shrimp and scallops in a light spicy cajun sauce, and the ahi tuna steak. Both dinners were cooked perfectly and were quite tasty. We ordered a riesling with our food which wa very good as well. We finally splurged with a dessert as well. All of this was served very quickly and all of the waiting staff were perfectly attentive the whole dinner. We'll certainly go back again next year.
