This place has a lot of hype associated with it, and the prices are not your typical affordable regional quick eat prices. Nothing at all wrong with this except that if yu are trying to position yourself as a "five star" your service should be comensurate with the prices.
A quick review of every negative review of this place ALL cite the extremely SLOW SERVICE. Therefore, one can conclude that it is not "unusual" as the owner says in every response to every negative review. Frankly, I found the menu interesting and the food was "ok" but slow service (bordering on BAD SERVICE) IS an important part of the experience.
It's one thing to forget. But to have to remind them three times? To have to gesticulate like I am bring an airplane into a hanger to get them to come over so that I have to remind them? Need I remind you that your family all having their food at the same time is part of the pleasant experience of a family meanl?
Either improve your service or drop the prices.....
