“Excellent, fresh and unique tacos!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

I went into Tito Santana expecting a run of the mill taco. I was pleasantly surprised that it's not what we got. There was a nice variety of tacos - chicken, fish, pork - all wrapped in a fresh tortilla and topped with a crisp cole slaw and some pickeled onions. The pork was by far my favorite. The tacos are mild, but I disagree that they are flavorless, like another reviewer said. I liked a little hot sauce on mine, but for us, having the flexibility was good since if was too spicy, the kids would not have eaten it.

The kids got quesadillas and enjoyed them - they were pretty standard, but it's what we wanted. A few other guests were eating burritos, which looked excellent. The staff was very nice - all in all a really good experience!

“Awesome Quick Mexican Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2012

I have eaten lunch here a few times in the last two weeks while working nearby. The tacos and burritos are unconventional but delicious and innovative. The fresh fried chips and excellent guac are a perfect side. They have beef or spinach and cheese empanadas on occasion and they are crispy, hot and delicious - and at $2 each a real price performer. The restaurant is immaculate and has a hand painted Día de los Muertos themed mural taking up an entire wall. It's a short walk from the train station and seems to be open all the time. If you are in Beacon around lunchtime you can't go wrong at Tito Santana. You'll be happy you tried it.
