We had stayed there back in April as we frequently visit our relatives in nearby Niagara Falls and find it a convenient place to rest after such a long drive. We have never been to pleased with the hotel. This time we had noticed a lot of changes for the better. Our room was actually clean and when we needed an extra pillow, the new manager himself delivered one within 5 minutes of our request. We've noticed a lot of changes for the better.....It's about time!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I disposed of many bugs during my stay of 4 nights. Plus, my room was never cleaned. I will never stay here again if I am in this area. There are several better hotels in this area.

This over-the-hill property sorely needs updating and a new housekeeping staff. In my room the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the bedding hadn't been changed (!?). When I turned down the covers, I saw creases and crumbs on the sheets. A beetle crawled around the sink and a fly buzzed around the room. Obviously no one had bothered cleaning the concrete area under the AC since Christmas '99. Twice during the night I was awakened by spiders crawling over my face. No fun!

I suggest the CEO of Ramada spend one night at this facility.
My family of 4 stayed 2 nights, for a wedding weekend nearby.
We also reserved a room for our son/daughter in law for 1 night.
The Ramada Limited in Batavia could really use some renovations.
The service elevator to the second floor was partically blocked by
what seemed to be a laundry dryer, after I used the hotel shampoo
to clean the whisker hair out of my bathroom sink, and washed
down the toilet seat, I started to feel somwhat comfortable. I told my
children the experience was close to camping.
This experience has taught me to investigate prior to reserving hotel rooms.
I always thought a Ramada would be a good hotel experience. NOT THIS ONE!
