Tabitha and her mother, Pat, opened this place around 10 years ago. I have visited several times and have always enjoyed their food.
This tends to be frequented by an older crowd than I am, who tend to like to eat dinner early - we have found getting there around 7:30 means they are starting to clear out and you can have a nice quiet meal which isn't rushed.
The atmosphere is casual, the service friendly and efficient. Their wine and beer list is small, but appropriate (they do not have a full bar). A nice touch is that they have Boyland's Sodas, which is a nice change from the standard sodas that most restaurants have (good for the designated driver!)
There are usually a couple of "teasers" put on the table at the start of the meal - often an olive dish and a pasta salad of some sort (quite tasty), along with the bread and butter.
I can recommend their french onion soup - excellent flavour!
The entrees we have had are all good - their pizza dough is home-made, and their pizzas delicious. I regularly have their liver and onions (much to the horror of my dining companions!) which is prepared extremely well. I have had their fettucini alfredo (very tasty - not as heavy a sauce as some make), and their stuffed shells. There are usually three specials available. A wide range of standard italian and amercan fare is offered which has all been consistently good. We have tended more towards the italian style.
Their desserts vary according to what has been made by Pat, but all those I have tried have been delicious.
In summary, a wonderfully consistent casual italian dining experience.
