This Microtel falls somewhere in between "Terrible" and "Okay but some problems" Would I stay here again. Nope. Not for free even. We arrived after booking a week in advance to an absolutely packed hotel. Yes they had our rooms. But suprise, our room had a basket full of dirty underwear in it as well as the remnants of the last guest. Who had fortunately not used the shower. (I'm not so sure about the bed but hey, it was late at night) I've stayed in Microtels before that were top of the line, spic and span. This is not one of them. The mattresses are pretty thin and the quality of the bed linens was very poor (taking into consideration that our expectations were not exactly up there with the Ritz Carlton, but we still expected clean reasonable bed linens.) The positive parts of this experience, there was a ton of breakfast food for two teenagers. The downside, they would not let them get juice by themselves, they had to have a parent with them. (I've never experienced this before traveling with a nearly grown child.) But they were serving waffles and a fair amount of breakfast food. There was not enough room for everyone to sit and it was approximately 95 degrees in the eating area at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. The desk person on our check in was very nice and very embarrassed by the state of the room. She was, at least, trying. My advice, go elsewhere.
