Just overnight in Taos and had a beautiful meal at Lamberts. The service is impeccable...the ambience is calm, uncluttered and low key. The stacked blue corn chicken enchiladas were amazing though the portion was easily enough for 2...the beef stroganoff was excellent as well and the berry cobbler with house made vanilla ice cream was sublime. Finally, I guess I'm a coffee snob...we live in Alaska and are happy to have one of the best coffee roasters in the country but our after dinner coffee was every bit as good. Highly recommended! We will certainly be back.
