We drove up from Santa Fe to dine at the best restaurant in New Mexico for Taos Restaurant Week. From the Sweetbreads with Celeriac Remoulade appetizer, to the wonderful Grilled Caesar, then on to the Classic Buffalo Tamale (...and I normally don't even enjoy "Mexican" food!), to the Toasted Almond Semi Freddo....Heaven!!! Too bad there's not an offshoot in Santa Fe, but it gives us a good reason to make the occasional sojourn to Taos. Bravo!
