“Unfriendly staff”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

We stayed one night and it was OK. The room was fine, but the staff was very unfriendly and Santa Rosa was a disappointing place. Unfortunately, the pool was not yet opened and there was no fitness room, so I walked down to an outdoor gym in a park, which was nice.

Really enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of this Best Western Motel in the small town of Santa Rosa. Facilities very good and walking distance to shops reastaurants etc.
Breakfast included and it was excellent with a large variety to choose from
Had a bit of trouble with wifi at start but eventually it was re booted and worked well
Quiet and oeaceful

We had a king bed room. The room was huge!
The hotel waived the pet fee for us. That was nice of them. We were there on a week night, and they were not very busy. Also reduced the price a bit. Bed was very hard.
Would I stay there again? Probably not. There are many other places in town that are just as nice for a one night, on the road, stay.

We took the road trip to Texas, on our way to Dallas, we stayed in Santa Rosa at America's Best value Inn, it was terrible experience, staff was not friendly, rooms were not clean and price was high.
So on our way back to Stockton, we stayed at Best Western Adobe, it is a cost effective place, right off the exit on the freeway, across from gas station and restaurant. They have alot more TV channels than the other one. Their staff was friendly and rooms are big, breakfast is filling so we didn't have to stop the car until lunch. It was a nice experience at this hotel and now when we drive, we will prefer to stay at Best Western.

Internet very slow. Bathroom cold. Tv was very basic. It was clean and comfortable. Pets are welcome. That was great. The walls are thin so could here room next to us.kept us awake for a while. I have nothing else to say but you have to right 200 words so this is a big waist of time

We had to shorten our vacation because of a family emergency, so stayed here on the way home. The beds were real comfortable, spacious, free wi-fi, but not the cleanest carpeting.
The heating system isn't good either way to hot or cold with very few blankets for winter.
Don't eat at the restaurant next door, at least the Mexican food is bad.

Great price and allow pets but our heater unit was not functioning well and it was a very cold sub-20° night. Too difficult to deal with in the middle of the night, so tried to make due but the blankets on the beds were very thin. Also, the towels need to be replaced - getting pretty thin.
