Booked 2 nights at this property over a holiday weekend. The property signage is marked, but the hotel is not so easily seen from the road as another business is prominent in front and retails stores are on the side. Rooms looked like they do on the website and were priced well compared to what other properties were charging per night. The manager was friendly and helpful with services, and he and the desk staff on duty were committed to being attentive and generating a good experience. The housekeeping staff was not as friendly at times as they seemed more committed to getting rooms turned over quickly from the start of the day. The breakfast line-up was suitable, and the lobby eating area was often full of other guests with some competition for the waffle maker at times. Could tell the management attempted to generate a higher quality of comfort with the beds and decor, but a few things like the curtain rod was in need of repair to work and could use maintenance while the bath had an overlay of updated trim over poor paint jobs and a structure that could use a bit of a gut and replace. Sleep was surprisingly easy given the comfortable beds and that the property sits off the main drag; yet on work day mornings, the traffic does resonate well into the road-facing rooms. Also, we had a connecting room, and our neighbors were up late and in and out from partying, and their noise was not blocked out too well between rooms. Price and breakfast with some updated room features were the draw in booking and staying at this property; management made the stay seem like being guests of theirs with interest in a good experience. Did not visit a fitness center if there was one.
