“Wonderful Staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

I stayed in this hotel for three months, Feb. 2013-May 2013 and again this week. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Dylan. He was always willing to accommodate. Michael, the manager, is very professional and courteous. I will stay there again.

We stayed in three Comfort Inns on our recent trip to New Mexico. All were good, but this one was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and very nice. If you are going for the pool, it is small, but there is a jacuzzi. The bathroom was an awkward layout. But if that is my worst complaint, they did a great job. Oh! and the breakfast was good and staffed by a beautiful lady, Gloria, who does a great job! If I go back to Las Vegas, NM, this is the only place I will stay!

Stayed here as part of a group cycling across the USA. Staff are polite, rooms are clean - but that's the only good thing.

If you don't have a car, there's no-where nearby to eat. We just got back on our bikes and went to the truckers' cafe down the road.

WiFi is incredibly slow - unusable in the evening.

Tried to have a shower - clearly, 25 cyclist trying to do the same in the morning, and the hotel couldn't cope - by 5.45am, no hot water. Not even warm.

Breakfast area is small. No low-fat milk. One waffle-maker, which was getting stuff stuck almost every time. In the end, just had cereal and a pastry.

This is the first hotel in 10 days where there's not been any hot water in the morning.

We stopped in really late at night (3AM-ish), and got a few hours of sleep! The night guy was AWESOME!!! We called and said we would be there and he had all of our stuff waiting. The room was big, and the bathroom was nice. We slept a few hours only because the people in the room next to us was very loud at 6AM. I woke up with one kid and went to check on breakfast, and get clothes for the other kid. Breakfast was packed!!! My husband and one son got to eat but by the time I got down there with my other son they were out of almost everything. They had cereal and some yogurt so my son grabbed a yogurt, and I grabbed a granola bar from my purse and we got on the road. The front desk staff in the morning was too busy talking and standing around to help get caught up on the breakfast items. They did have two workers running back and forth, but couldn't keep up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
Free WiFi worked great... can't live without that anymore.

I would say it's an older Comfort Inn but they had a nicer and larger breakfast area than most.
The also had a fairly good selection of breakfast items. We try to avoid gluten so couldn't partake of most things but that's our problem.

Not long after we checked in, they put out self-serve nachos and cheese and I think they also had cookies (gluten again). Nice touch. Most Comfort Inns do not do that.

Would definitely recommend staying here. We usually stay in Albuquerque Comfort Inn and Suites which is not near as nice as here.

Checked in on March 11, 2013. At nine pm we noticed that there was no hot water--it was lukewarm at best. We called the front desk, which assured us that hot water would be back within a half hour. There was still no hot water on the morning of Tuesday, March 12. I wouldn't advise staying here for a few days. If you do come by, at least ask the desk if there's hot water and check first thing if you ret a room.

Room Tip: There was no hot water from check-in on 3/11/13 through check-out on 3/12/13. Front desk assured th...

A nasty blizzard shut down I-25 and the place was packed. Staff reacted fantastically. Everything was in order and the host was perfectly composed. He even got the Dominos delivery to come out, when the wrecker wouldn't. Thank you!
