“Just stopped by!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2014

They did have a variety of beers to offer and had a unique way to serving a tasting. Bartender was well versed about the beers being served.

“Excellent beer”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2014

Small and cozy. The restaurant next door will serve you if you need to eat. They serve mainly their own handcrafted beers which are excellent. A lot of locals hang out there.

“Amazing local brews”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 13, 2013

These guys seemed to come out of nowhere, after years of hearing rumors of craft breweries starting up. They have their beers showcased at the local El Fidel restaurant, and each one I have tried has been really well-done. It's not easy to jump into the specialty beer market, so kudos to this team. Definitely worth a sample if you are a beer aficionado.

“New Mexico Beer Crafters”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013 via mobile

Let me begin this review by saying that these words will not do NM Beer Crafters justice. They brew there beer in a converted mechanics garage. You walk into there brewery and you nose is hit by the sweet smell of fresh batches of beer being brewed. In the main "garage" you'll be greeted by Justin or Miguel and they will answer any questions regarding their beers, and you'll be rewarded for your curiosity with a pint of your choice of their wonderfully crafted beers. I sampled there dark oatmeal ale, and a lager called Vapor. The ale was a beautiful dark chocolate color with a latte colored head and just as creamy. It had a full body flavor, but didn't overpower my taste buds. The lager was was light and refreshing. I filled my growler with the ale, but will be back to fill another growler with the lager. If you find yourself in Las Vegas, NM and want to try something other than then the green chile stop by New Mexico Beer Crafters.
PS NM Beer Crafters might be opening their own bar at the El Fidel Hotel.
