“Nice vacation”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

I had a nice stay on this hotel. The staff was nice and the rooms clean, may need a little updating in the bathrooms, but they were very clean. I noticed another review on here complaining about the toilets in the room clogging and I remember living in Las Cruces and you always have to hold the handle down in most establishments to flush - must be a town thing. I enjoyed my stay and will stay with them again.

We feel in love with this place, great service from the staff, rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect . The only thing where I think they could improve was their breakfast, very limited in food selections. Overall this is good place to stay and the price is very reasonable.

We stayed there in September 2013 for one night only. We arrived around 7:30 pm and were very tired so we were extremely happy they have a restaurant and bar. It is nice to not have to drive somewhere after a hard drive on the road. The food was good and New Mexican cuisine. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything in the room worked. I was not overly happy with how the room opened into the hallway as the opening is glass. We had to close the drapes in order to keep the light out and people looking in. The hotel is like being in a Mexican home with balconies overlooking the interior and exterior. The out side balconies seemed to angle down as well and this made one feel uncomfortable walking or standing on them. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Ramada and the value is definitely there. Recommend for the business traveler as I used to stay in Ramadas when I was a traveling salesman.

Price vs performance was as fantastic. Not the cheapest place, but it is about as good as it gets at the price level. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to NMSU campus and a good price. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. The atmosphere was nice. They did have to rekey our key cards once, but that wasn't a big deal. We will stay here again when we come down.

We really enjoyed the stay in Las Cruces Ramada Inn. The room was really nice and convenient to all the amenities. We would have liked to gone swimming but the pool was too cold. It should be warmer.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and a clean, beautiful property. Complaints: our card keys had to be rekeyed twice, the shower water kept going cold, and the pool water was too cold.
