I am delighted to hear that you had a great night here at the Ramada Palms! Despite the fact that we are an older hotel, we are very grateful when your guests tell us they had an impeccable experience here. We are currently in the process of doing a hotel makeover, which not only includes a fresh, new look, but also many other state-of-the-art improvements. We hope that on your next journey through you will give us another try, and more input about how we are doing in making your stop a wonderful experience.

Dear Ms. Phillips:

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not the impeccable experience that we want our guests to have here at the Ramada Palms. You may be interested to know that we are doing a hotel makeover, which includes a state-of-the-art elevator, along with many other improvements. In addition, we are training our front desk staff to anticipate such needs and make immediate decisions to accommodate all of our guests. I hope that you will pay us a visit later in 2013 and let us know how our service has improved.

“Run down”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

Recently I stayed at the Ramada. I had previously stayed there so I thought I knew what quality of room. I was excited because we were bringing a pet and the hotel is pet friendly. I was disappointed about the quality of the room. The room was rundown. The beds were uncomfortable. Some of the lamps in the room did not work. There was a huge lack of privacy as you could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms. I expect the same quality stay as my first stay. There was confusion regarding the room key. I was given a key to a room another patron was staying in. The staff was kind and apologetic and resolved the issue. However, over stay was a disappointment. The hotel needs to be updated for a better quality experience.

Room Tip: Don't take a dog....the pet rooms are horrible. The pet rooms are located on a corner by a busy...

Dear Ms. Montes:

I am happy to report that--as the owner of some important four-legged friends myself--we are making our hotel more friendly for all of our guests, no matter how many legs they may have! From our pet-friendly rooms, to our guest rooms, suites, and the entire hotel, we are sprucing up and cleaning up that that everyone who comes to see us has an impeccable experience. When you come by to see us again, make sure to ask for a doggie treat located in our doggie cookie jar behind our front desk. I would love to know how we could get that tail wagging with satisfaction!

Dear Ms. Shafer:

There is nothing worse than a bad restaurant experience! In fact, having been married to a chef for 20 years, I am probably a very discerning critic myself. That is why I chose to hire my husband--a chef with 30 years of experience who has helped many notable restaurants in the area, and who has 4-Star hotel experience (Regina's at the Regis Hotel in San Francisco), to assist us in improving and standardizing our menus. In addition, we are giving the hotel a complete makeover. When you come by again, I hope that you will enjoy and impeccable experience!
