This hotel was a bit of a blast from the past. We typically stay in the Marriott, DoubleTree or Hitlon. The reason for choosing this hotel was because it was close to where we needed to be. We reserved online. I will never do this again. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good but as far as an up-to-date room that didn't smell . . . well . . . that's what we ended up with. An old smelly room. Even the hand towels and soaps had been used prior to use getting the room. Very upsetting after paying 100 a night. There was no indoor pool and everything was just tattered and OVER used. Even the door looked as if someone had tried to break into the place. I have a one year old and I felt very uncomfortable staying at this place. I have used Best Western in the past (a very long time ago), but I will not do so any longer. Seems as if this company lets their facilities run down more often than not. If you're not worried about cleanliness and the comfort of a new (or seemingly) new place, this is your place.
