“Adequate for the price”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

For the price you pay, this is not a bad place. The room was nothing fancy at all, but everything was clean - with the exception of the carpet. I know they get vacuumed, I saw a maid hauling a vacuum to the second floor, but they need to be shampooed more often. The beds were decently comfortable, erring on the side of too firm (which is way better than too soft), pillows good. TV stations meh, but we were not there to watch TV anyway. The shower had recently been upgraded, it was tiled nicely and very spacious, so that was a plus. In-room microwave and TV were great, as was coffee maker. Wi-fi was great. If the pool and hot tub had been open, I'd give this place a higher rating. It looked like a nice area, but it was all closed off. It's conveniently located near several restaurants and a Wal-Mart just behind it is also helpful. Do not expect anything fancy, but given we spent half of what we usually spend for a hotel weekend, I am OK with that.

Prison mates wouldn't even stay here! The bathtub had rust rains galore. Rug had stains, smelly, and just plain dirty. None of the light switches worked bc the lamps were SUPPOSED to work of course, but didn't. You could see the wood peeling from the door socket, and can you say the 70's threw up in there! Positively awful, please don't let them get tour money.

Driving west, stopped for the night. Property is is foreclosure, so not getting a lot of attention.
Inexpensive. Showed us older room that had a renovated walk-in shower...just what we wanted.
Was clean and comfortable for the night. Great dinner at the Double Eagle.
Staff (desk clerk) was pleasant. Got yogurt, etc. for breakfast while out, as they have only 'continental' with all carbs.

You get what you pay for, usually. I felt like we got less than what we paid for here. Room was noisy, heater barely worked, outlets were missing cover plates, room was small, internet was slow, staff was apathetic, breakfast was ready 30 minutes late. We won't be back.

Room Tip: go somewhere else

Best customer service ever. Nice clean room. Frigidaire and microwave. Very updated. Breakfast serve in morning. Plenty of food and good. Extremely nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was rundown inside and outside. The walls were crumbling and ceiling was peeling. Carpet was dirty. The towels were paper thin and brown. Toilet paper holder broken. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.
The first room they assigned to us would not even open. Maintenance had to give it a kick to open door and door frame was falling apart.

Price was average,,, couldn't get on wifi right away,,, front desk guy had no idea what he was doing. 1 towel in room and 1 wash cloth. Went up to get more all he had was small towels and no other was cloths. Then went to bed we have a handicap special needs little child and late at night so called manager came out in front of our door and yelled for the lady that was taking care of front desk and told her she had customers and that they were waiting for over 20 minutes. Well if he was any kind of thoughtful adult he would not have yelled cause he scared our child really bad and also why didn't he take care of the customers,,,, I went to front desk there was no apologies and said if wasn't happy could leave made statement that about threats,,,, I said there was no threats made,,, told him to rewind his security cameras. Sink backed up toilet backed up. As you can very plainly see we will not be back and would not recommend if you want a good nights sleep and to get what you pay for not to stay here at this motel. Maybe they will get things organized. I'd say if they want to stay in Buisness that they will need to. Was only 4 vehicles in parking all night. Maybe that's a sign to. But yet when checked in they said this was the closet room to parking. Hmmmm "Here's your sign".
