Hotel was rundown inside and outside. The walls were crumbling and ceiling was peeling. Carpet was dirty. The towels were paper thin and brown. Toilet paper holder broken. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.
The first room they assigned to us would not even open. Maintenance had to give it a kick to open door and door frame was falling apart.

Price was average,,, couldn't get on wifi right away,,, front desk guy had no idea what he was doing. 1 towel in room and 1 wash cloth. Went up to get more all he had was small towels and no other was cloths. Then went to bed we have a handicap special needs little child and late at night so called manager came out in front of our door and yelled for the lady that was taking care of front desk and told her she had customers and that they were waiting for over 20 minutes. Well if he was any kind of thoughtful adult he would not have yelled cause he scared our child really bad and also why didn't he take care of the customers,,,, I went to front desk there was no apologies and said if wasn't happy could leave made statement that about threats,,,, I said there was no threats made,,, told him to rewind his security cameras. Sink backed up toilet backed up. As you can very plainly see we will not be back and would not recommend if you want a good nights sleep and to get what you pay for not to stay here at this motel. Maybe they will get things organized. I'd say if they want to stay in Buisness that they will need to. Was only 4 vehicles in parking all night. Maybe that's a sign to. But yet when checked in they said this was the closet room to parking. Hmmmm "Here's your sign".

This is a great Inn. We had great service and our room was clean. It was a good deal. We got a discount without asking. It had a coffee bar. I would definitely recommend this motel for any traveler!!!

The expectation was a cheap, basic motel with limited amenities. Not the case. This ABV is a large complex with a big lobby and lots and lots of rooms. All areas are two story.

Desk service was quick, friendly and efficient. Very helpful about additional dates and other needs. Staff seems thin, but focused.

The room was quite large, much more than you expect for $42.49 (thanks Travelocity). Nearly a small apartment. Two queens, microwave, TV, hair dryer and fridge. Heat lamp was nice, but no exhaust fan.

Being right on I-10 seemed and Uh-Oh, but we never heard a truck, possibly because we had the A/C on. And no other noise, either. The rooms seem well sound-proofed.

Not sure what brand of mattress, but we found it sufficiently firm and quite comfy. Seemed a mite scant for a queen, but definitely longer than double.

Room Tip: If you take upstairs for less noise that's not necessary here.

We were very pleased with the room. It was clean with ample space, and in a quiet location. It's located right off the expressway, so you don't have to drive around looking for a decent place. The beds were very comfortable, no complaints. We didn't make it on time to the continental breakfast, so I can't say anything about it, but the price was very reasonable....I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed on the second floor looking onto the pool, and it was quiet.

For the price of $45, they gave me a king room in the executive building, and surprisingly it was better than I expected. Large room, good decor, comfortable bed, large & clean granite bathroom with extra standard amenities included. What else do u need? It's the cheapest option on that exit-140. On site bar-restaurant is also great.
For the location & price I would

My room was not clean - there were hangers and wrappers under the bed. the coffee maker in the room didn't work, and when I called to ask for a new one, it took over 24 hours, and was replaced with another coffee maker that didn't work and no coffee for the second morning was brought to the room. There were several other requests for room amenities that were not provided when requested. The carpet was so dirty I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. The bathroom fixtures were old, there were no towel racks in the sink area. This used to be a very nice hotel, but is no longer the case. The housekeeping crew definitely needs some training.

The key cards to access the room worked, but the handle open up instead of down, so it appeared like the card didn't work.
The pool was clean and about the only area in the hotel that had been cleaned on the exterior - beer cans, cigarette butts, wrappers all over.
I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.
