We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in January, 2013. My husband and I stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath suite with our daughter and son-in-law and their infant twins. The room was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had a couple of problems while we were there. The first was that one of the bedrooms was quite warm and the other quite cool, which we were able to fix by opening and closing vents. The smoke alarm started beeping one evening, in need of a new battery. We were told no one was available to fix it and we could change rooms if we wanted. At this time however the babies were asleep and packing up and changing rooms was not a good option for us. We had seen batteries for sale in the hotel pantry and we got one of them. Our son-in-law climbed on a chair and replaced the battery himself. Also during our stay the garbage disposal quit working. Otherwise, it was a good stay and the staff was very nice. We have stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Las Cruces and this hotel is a much better choice.
