After reading some of the reviews below, we were skeptical - even checked the bed for bedbugs! Alas, no bedbugs - the bedding was immaculate and very comfortable. The air conditioning did kick on and off all night which was a little irritating, but otherwise the room was quite comfortable and had a nice view of the Organ Mountains. The breakfast was the most disorganized part of our experience. Not well laid out as other Hilton Garden Inns we have experienced. You had to stand in line to place your order for breakfast - the buffet had no hot food, so you had to wait for it to be prepared. Once we got our food, it was fine - no complaints. It just was not well laid out for what was a pretty big crowd of people on a couple of busy mornings. The staff who worked the breakfast area were quite friendly. The bar was ok - pretty pricey. The front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night on our first night there. Everyone went outside. Eventually the fire department came, the alarm went off and everyone went back to bed. We never had an explanation from a staff member, and when we inquired the next morning, they didn't know what cause it. Some general communication and apology for the inconvenience would have been nice.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the East side of the hotel with a view of the mountains and opposite the Interstat...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for being our guest. We are glad that you found your room to be comfortable and clean. Our maintenance team is working to reduce the noise of the A/C. We also appreciate your honest comments about breakfast and regret that you were disappointed. Our goal is to provide a fresh, made-to-order breakfast but as a team, we will consider your suggestion and perhaps include some buffets during particularly busy time periods. Thank you for recognizing our team and their hard work, particularly our breakfast team and our front desk staff. The unexpected fire alarm was certainly disruptive and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have repaired the fire alarm and it is now working properly. We have used this incident to discuss and improve our process of communication and guest service during these types of incidents. Your comments have helped to make us a better team.

The hotel was great!! The pool are was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms, gym, and courtyard were all very clean and well kept. The best part about the room was the air conditioning. I lived in Las Cruces for years and know the importance of a good air conditioner in the middle of July. My room got down right chilly. There is a convenience store right next to the property. It is also has convenient access to 1-25. I would definitely stay here again.

The only con I saw from this hotel was that I stayed there numerous days. In the entire time, the ice machines were not working.

Excellent breakfast with an option to include the local New Mexico Green Chile flavors, also beautiful courtyard/swimming pool. The rooms, lobby, and staff are all very nice as you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Also has a really nice convenience store and gas station in the parking lot. Easy access to I-25 and NMSU.

After 1st nights stay, found ticks, fleas or some other form of blood sucking insects in both beds in our room. Found small blood spots on sheets on both beds the morning after our first night. Pulled back covers and found small pin head sized critters moving about. No compensation offered for the disgusting discovery. Won't return. Window mounted A/C ran constantly, and cooled poorly...not good for Las Cruces, NM in July. Room was next to freeway and was fairly noisy during rush hour

We know how unnerving this experience was for your family and we sincerely apologize. We pride ourselves on clean, comfortable rooms and were surprised by this incident. We immediately brought in professional assistance and were successful in correcting this situation. Additionally, we are working on the air conditioners to reduce the noise and improve their effectiveness.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a great hotel. The room was extremely clean. The bed & pillows were excellent & the shower was great!! We will definitely stay here again. The location of the hotel was easy to locate & convenient to shopping etc.

It started with Paul at the front desk, working hard to get us the room we requested. Everyone who works here is pleasant, kind, and smiley. I felt very at home. The room was immaculate and housekeeping was super accommodating. Ivy at the bar pours a wonderful drink with a smile and she gave us an excellent meal recommendation. Could have talked to the maintenance man forever. What a great stay we had for that week!

Nothing bad to say, clean nice front desk. I will be staying there a lot over the next year. Housekeeping is great, food above average. Quite, clean room, I like Hilton beds. If the service changes I will update this review. The only down side is nothing is in walking distance
