We used Wyndham Rewards points to stay, so don't know if that's why we received the room we did. We booked two rooms and had to change one due to food still being on the patio, and the door lock not working. By the time I got to bed it was late, but I'm pretty sure the sheets hadn't been changed. I ended up sleeping on top of the covers, it grossed me out. We also had a problem with the smoke detector, which we told the night clerk about. She said the maintenance person would be up in about 30 minutes, which he never was, so we ended up taking out the smoke detector completely. I told the desk clerk about it the next day and she didn't seem to care. We chose this hotel because they accepted pets. Based on the name I thought it would be a better choice but will select different accommodations next time. The night clerk was very nice and helpful, which was a plus.
